All visit times are approximate and are based on the pet sitter’s route. Visits requested earlier or later than the normal route hours of 8am to 8pm, have an additional fee.

Neighborhood Walks & Home Visits:

Cancellation Policy:
Standard Pet Sitting/Dog Walking Service & Vet Visit: 24 hours in advance notice is required. A cancellation made less than 24 hours of the scheduled visit(s) requires a cancellation fee.
Overnight Stays: 72-hours in advance notice required. A cancellation made less than 72 hours of the scheduled visit(s) requires a cancellation fee of one-half the total amount of the previously agreed upon dates of service.

Receive a complimentary visit for every person you refer who uses Paw-in-Hand services

Payment:
Payment, cash or check is required in advance or on the day of the first visit. On lengthy assignments, one-half deposit may be accepted with the understanding that payment of remaining fees will be promptly given upon completion of services contracted. A handling fee of $35.00 will be charged on all returned checks.
